Diagnostic System Re-Certification

At Northline, we are steadfast in our belief that comprehensive dynamic testing provides the highest quality of industrial equipment repairs possible.

For that reason, since its inception in 2006, Northline has invested over one-million dollars in the design and manufacture of our custom test-systems.

Each one-of-a-kind system provides comprehensive diagnostics and full-functional dynamic testing of the equipment it was designed for.

Creating the systems isn’t enough though.  In order to provide dependability over time, we maintain a rigorous re-certification process for each and every system.  During recertification, each system goes through several examinations and tests including visual, electrical and mechanical measurements and functional operational checks to ensure our high standards of testing are applied to every repair.

In addition, we run a parallel preventative-maintenance schedule for all test systems where lubrication, battery exchanges, and similar maintenance issues are required to ensure our equipment is always ready when needed.
