FLIR Thermography

The FLIR E4 is Northline Industrial’s latest investment in tools to improve repair efficiency and quality. Heat is the main enemy of today's complex automation electronics and mechanical devices.This unit allows us to measure detailed thermal deviations on energized electrical circuits and also allow us to see high friction points on moving mechanical devices. FLIR cameras allows us to see the elevated heat levels in a device which is an indication that something is wrong, stressed and about fail. The FLIR E4 camera gives us quick access to thermal imaging in order to detect failures, heat stressed components and also to document thermal differentials as a quality control check for repaired industrial equipment.
