The MR-H’s servo settling time has been sharply reduced when compared to conventional servo systems. The ability of the MR-H to respond quickly and precisely to a reference change is due to the high-performance. The MR-H has the most stable performance at low speed in its class of devices. This is made possible through the application of a high-resolution serial encoder and the model-reference adaptive control theory. This low speed performance makes the MR-H well suited for low speed machining operations.
