Northline can also provide load-testing for your Fanuc servo amplifiers with our "Dynamic Load Control" station. Various-sized motors can be easily connected to a "Load" motor. The load motor generates voltage that can be applied to a resistor bank capable of handling up to 24K watts of power. The amount of voltage applied to the resistor bank can be adjusted from 0 to 100% thru PWM circuitry designed by Northline engineers. This allows us to load almost all Fanuc servo amplifiers up to their full ratings, providing true "System Testing".
