This is Northline Industrial's Dynamic Load Testing System. It utilizes an large industrial "Eddy Current" Brake in order to provide a fully adjustable linear load on to various "servo" and "spindle" motors. Virtually any motor, servo or spindle, can be mounted to the load systems X–Y rotary table. From there it can be precisely positioned into proper alignment with the Eddy Current Brakes pulley sheave. The system has an integrated hydraulic crane to ease in the motor exchange process. This system was specifically designed to draw higher levels of "load current" through servo and spindle drive modules and power supplies. This will ensure a quality repair that can withstand the rigors of day to day factory operations.
