The ABB IRB 6400 accounts for one third of the 90,000 ABB robot installations. This robot is a large, high-performance, all-steel constructed manipulator matched with the S4C controller.  Northline has invested in this system to support the large install base on this industrial manufacturing robot. The acid test for any good repair is system-testing the repaired unit.
 
We test your unit through a series of program exercises to simulate factory conditions. Additional weight on the manipulator, (up to 500lbs) allows us to load-test the system all the way back to the controller. Please inquire if we can repair your teach pendants, servo motors, drives, controller PCB’s, or power supplies.
