Below is Northline Industrial's newest repair capability, the Yamaha SRCX single axis robot system. This system is designed to dynamically test all the features & functions of the Yamaha SRCX 05 series controllers. Utilizing both the Yamaha POPCOM software & TPB teach pendant, we have the ability to perform many functions and operations. These include initialization of the controllers, confirming digital I/O operations, providing dynamic testing for the brake, resolver feedback & motor functions. In addition, we can test the origin homing function as well as jog & dynamic run testing functions can all be accomplished with this system.
